    • Tender Coordinator

    • The Tender Team provide support and management of high value and prestige opportunities for the FTA. Opportunities may be identified by an ITT (Invitation to Tender) or RFQ (Request for Quotation) and typically through secure portal access. Frequently, these competitive tender submissions will be responsive requests from the FTA’s existing membership base highlighting the imperative that quality and professional submission is maintained consistently.

      Within the role of Tender Coordinator, you shall report into and work closely with the Tender
      Manager, frequently engaging with many of the other FTA business functions for the required technical input. For those internal stakeholders, the Tender Coordinator will assist in supporting opportunities through precise and timely tender management skills.

      Beyond the core function of supporting the FTA securing contracts, the Tender Team also maintains a detailed library of previous submissions and information allowing direct sales teams to access valuable content and information. Learning and applying lessons from all aspects of tender submission is a critical part of this role.

      The Membership Relations Executive (MRE) role is accountable for:

      • Outbound telephone contact with FTA customers including but not limited to Account Management Review Calls.
      • The sale of FTA products and services through management of a client base.
      • Processing sales in conjunction with FTA sales administration processes.
      • Recording customer contact on relevant FTA CRM databases.
