    FTA is looking to recruit a Training Administrator to work as part of the regional office administration team with specific responsibility to provide an effective and efficient administration service to the training department.


    Training Administration:

    • To deal with members’ enquiries in respect of training courses and to provide accurate information to enable members to obtain the appropriate qualifications / training.
    • To take and process course bookings on LMS
    • To maintain accurate records of all bookings.
    • To prepare registration paperwork and carry out all necessary registration of delegates with external examination authorities.
    • To raise sales invoices as required for course attendance.
    • To monitor and report on training course bookings, income and expenditure.
    • To source and book training venues.
    • To update the central training diary with trainer commitments.
    • To provide KPI information as may be required from time-to-time.
    • Prepare pre-course study notes, if required.
    • Prepare delegate correspondence, to include joining instructions, certificates, exam results and further course registration.
    • To assist and attend Transport Manager Case Study examinations as an invigilator
    • To provide administration support for the Transport Manager courses
    • To maintain accurate records on Transport Manager courses and exams
    • To provide administration support to Training Manager and Trainers, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
    • To assist Training Manager in sales initiatives, as required.
    • To control stock of training course material.

    General Office Duties:

    • To answer inbound telephone calls to the regional office.
    • To assist with the general administration of the regional office.
    • To carry out such regional admin tasks as may from time to time be assigned by the Manager – Regional Administration.

    Essential Skills & Attributes:

    • Knowledge of accounting and office administration essential.
    • An understanding of the CPC, ADR and DGSA and all other training courses.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
